Our pricing is based on a set formula that primarily considers lot size, since we service the entire yard. We are about 97% accurate when providing quotes over the phone. In rare cases, a property may need extra attention. If that happens, we’ll explain the situation clearly and discuss the best solution with you.
To be honest—no. Our goal is to significantly reduce pest activity, especially inside your home. Industry regulations limit how products affect pest populations, which is why ongoing service and proper application matter. If you notice any issues, let us know. We’ll do everything we can to resolve them and prevent future problems.
Every pest and every infestation is different. In general, we recommend allowing up to two weeks to see full results. If you’re still noticing issues after that time, contact us and we’ll address them.
